Inner Fire Flow
Wednesdays at 5:45pm
This energizing Core Flow practice combines yoga asana with blocks of structured core work. You can expect to feel stronger and prouder in body and mind after leaving a XX Flow. A challenging practice, it’s recommended that you have some yoga experience before joining.
Freestyle Vinyasa
Wednesdays at 12pm & Saturdays at 1pm
This freestyle practice balances breath and movement for an engaging and fun flow. Creatively sequenced and compassionately taught, there’s a little something for everyone!
